INGREDIENTS
- 80 g red bell pepper or pointed pepper
- 50 g peeled red onion
- 400 g full-fat soft quark
- 2 tablespoons sweet ground paprika
- freshly ground pepper
- salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Finely chop the onion. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper, then finely chop the flesh.
- 2In a bowl, mix the onion, bell pepper, quark, and ground paprika. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
