  • 50 g peeled red onion
  • 400 g full-fat soft quark
  • 2 tablespoons sweet ground paprika
  • freshly ground pepper
  • salt

INSTRUCTIONS

    Finely chop the onion. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper, then finely chop the flesh.

    In a bowl, mix the onion, bell pepper, quark, and ground paprika. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
