Roll out the dough into a rectangle, or buy pre-rolled dough. Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough from both longer sides into strips approximately 2 cm wide, at a 45-degree angle. Do not cut through the entire dough; a solid strip about 10 cm wide should remain in the middle. Place baby spinach on this strip, then season with salt and pepper.
Next, add Halloumi cheese, quickly pan-fried until crispy and diced, followed by pine nuts and prosciutto crudo.
Form the strudel by twisting the strips from each side twice and joining them together. Once the strudel is prepared, brush it with beaten egg and season with pepper.
