Ingredients
- 80 g oloupané šalotky
- 70 ml červeného vinného octa
- 40 g cukru krupice
- 1,5 kávové lžičky soli
- 80 g olivového oleje

Instructions
- 1Šalotku najemno nakrájíme. Dvě třetiny dáme do vyšší úzké nádoby, přidáme ocet, 100 ml vody, cukr a sůl a tyčovým mixérem lehce promixujeme.
- 2Pomalu a za stálého mixování přiléváme olej, dokud nevznikne emulze. Pak přidáme zbylou šalotku a zamícháme. Dresink dáme vychladit do ledničky.
