Instructions

1Balzamikový ocet, med, dijonskou hořčici, sůl a 1 lžíci vody dáme do vyšší úzké nádoby a tyčovým mixérem je promixujeme.
2Pomalu a za stálého mixování přiléváme olej, dokud nevznikne hladká emulze.
