INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Take the fish out of the fridge an hour before cooking to bring them to room temperature.
- 2Clean the sea bream and make light cuts in the skin. Peel and crush a clove of garlic. Mix it with oil. Salt and pepper the sea bream. Rub them with the oil, making sure the garlic gets into the cuts.
- 3Heat the grill and place the fish on the rack. Grill them for 8 minutes on each side.
