Use
The cookware is ideal for everyday use and can be used for any type of heat treatment. Food does not burn, so it is also suitable for preparing delicate ingredients. However, you will best use its potential when searing, sautéing or long braising. It is suitable for oven and dishwasher and is easy to maintain.
-
To prevent burning and ensure perfect function, heat it slowly, at most on medium heat.
-
Only after heating the cookware add fat. Pores and cracks on the surface close better, you avoid burning and fully develop the potential of the cookware. If you prepare delicate dishes, put 2 teaspoons of oil in the cookware before cooking, heat it lightly until it starts chaining, and then wipe with a paper towel. This will further increase the non-stick properties of the cookware.
-
Inserted ingredients will first stick due to contact of fresh food with steel. Give them time, when perfectly seared they will release by themselves (Maillard reaction).
-
Be patient and calmly try the whole process on your stove. Once you achieve the right procedure and temperatures, you won’t let stainless-steel cookware out of your hand.
Care
-
After finishing, let the cookware soak as soon as possible, then it is easily cleaned.
-
Do not use steel wool, common cleaning agents are sufficient, ideally ecological based on soda and vinegar.
-
You can safely wash the cookware in the dishwasher.
About the manufacturer
The FABINI brand was founded by Jan Fabini with the vision of developing cookware that, thanks to extreme performance and durability, really improves the level of cooking and the taste of food, and at the same time remains at an affordable price.
He noticed how many of us invest in quality ingredients and deal with the level of cooking, food and gastronomy in general. But when it comes to cookware, there are only two options on the market. Either low-quality cookware from anonymous manufacturers, made of questionable materials with poor heat distribution and very short lifespan, or premium cookware, which is based on traditional design and has not undergone technological innovation for decades.
He therefore set out to prepare his own cookware set, which he launched in October 2019. He focused on multilayer stainless-steel technology, thanks to which the cookware excelled in perfect heat distribution, long lifespan, health safety and other benefits that can directly influence the cooking experience and the taste of food. Thanks to thoughtful design and direct sales, he could offer it at an affordable price, and already in the first year thousands of people started cooking with FABINI cookware.
